Guadalupe Country Resort consists of 16 residences all of which offer living room, kitchenette equipped with sink, refrigerator and stove and bathroom with a roomy shower. These are all furnished in tasteful “stile nuovo” that retraces the Tuscan tradition with ambiance, colour and comfort making these dwellings as unique as your own home. Guadalupe Country resort is completely surrounded by green: a large olive grove and cultivated wheat fields which also offers a spacious garden to guests as well as a pool and an area with a Jacuzzi encircled by gazebos for a particularly pleasant moment of relaxation.

The Guadalupe Country Resort is made up of Palazzo Orcenni with 11 residences and Palazzo la Cipriana with 5 more luxurious residences. Palazzo Orcenni’s ground floor apartments come with loggias and a cozy garden, while those on the first floor have a spacious corridor balcony leading to the living room in addition to a loft intended for bedroom with a view. Palazzo la Cipriana’s residences are all different from the other and are built with expansive loggias, arcades or a large terrace with small tower. All apartments come equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, telephone and television. Entry to the apartments is by Badge and its access control is automatic.

Country Resort Guadalupe is in Maremma, a few minutes from Grosseto. The Guadalupe Farm is a stone’s throw from the hamlet of Braccagni (City of Grosseto) which is in walking distance. A short walk along the Strada del Bozzone for about 500 meters will get you to the centre of town. The nice thing about Braccagni is that even if it is only a small village it offers all services such as a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, bar, newsstand …and even the Montepescali Scalo train station. Country Resort Guadalupe is about 12 kilometres from Castiglion della Pescaia, a well known coastal town on the Tyrrhenian in front of the renowned Tuscan Arcipelago. Siena is only 60 kilometres away while Florence is about an hour and a half drive. Rome is about a two hour drive southwards and at about 50 kilometres south from the resort is Monte Argentario…the “Pearl of the Tyrrhenian”.
